Journalling your journey is one of the best ways to stay on the path to success and a great reminder of where you have come from!  

This is where you will find all of the resources that you need to journal and document your health journey. This is more important than you can guess going into it. I’m a numbers girl (math and computer science degrees) and writing isn’t necessarily my thing. BUT - I cannot say this enough - I’M SO THANKFUL THAT I JOURNALED AND DOCUMENTED MY JOURNEY. When I felt stuck, was in the midst of a serious plateau or was just really discouraged, one look back at my journal showed me just how far I had come. Yes, I might be tired that day. Yes, my scale might be stuck like super glue. No, the day didn’t go as planned. BUT, then I remembered that I used to sweat and think I was going to die when the treadmill was set at a speed of 2.5. Now, 2.5 is the very slowest I can walk without feeling like I’m standing still. Then, I remember that I’m down SEVENTY-FIVE pounds and kept it off for three YEARS. Then, I remember that I have hit several plateaus along the way but they were all temporary. THIS is why you journal. PLEASE stick with it. You will thank yourself later.
